Great Video!!! BTW...do you have a link for your demo today??? I could not find it on the website. Great job on this video...loved how you mentioned moderation....something you rarely hear about here! I have found that if you prepare flank steak in a wok, it makes it extra tender and gives it a better flavor (from what ever seasonings you are using).
