ROTFL! I like that you included the extra take at the beginning. That was cute. I watched the other cooking videos and they made me smile. And hungry! I'm in the middle of a nasty cold, and the video today made me want to go and make a sandwich.
An appetizer I like that uses fresh basil is a toothpick on which you stick a little fresh mozzarella ball, a grape or cherry tomato, and fresh basil leaves between, and you drizzle a bit of olive oil on it.

Looks awesome! Thats what intrigues me the most about chefs or just people that have the natural talent of cooking...You have an instinct for what will go good together and how flavors will combine with each other...its incredible and absolutely a gift...a gift I do not have...so I'll continue to be inspired by you! haha.
Man oh man, I had one today for lunch with Garrett. They are GOOD.
